Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

code-fix.dev ("Code Repair Shop") provides AI-powered code analysis, narrative generation, and code review services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. GitHub Integration & Code Access

We request read-only access to your GitHub repositories. We never request write, delete, or admin permissions. You can revoke access at any time from your GitHub settings.

3. Code Security & Retention

Your source code is processed in isolated containers and deleted immediately after analysis (maximum 1 hour retention). Only analysis results (narratives, scores, issues) are stored. Original code is never retained.

4. AI Processing

Code is sent to AI models (Claude API) at the function/block level only, never as complete files. Secrets and credentials are automatically redacted before AI processing. Anthropic does not use your code for model training.

5. Beta Access

code-fix.dev is currently in closed beta. Access is granted through our waitlist on a rolling basis. Beta users receive full access to all features during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify features and access during the beta phase.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual repository analyses or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR and Korean Privacy Protection Act.
